Naomi V. Dunsen-White is the author of the book, “Johari The Great.” She has always loved reading and writing stories. It has been her life-long dream to publish a book for children that children would love.

Naomi Dunsen-White is an African American author who loves writing stories that inspire and encourage children to use their creativity, imagination, and also recognize their own potential. Naomi has always enjoyed writing stories for children to enjoy. It's important to her to include messages about family, community, and the God-given gifts that they all have within.
"Johari The Great" is her debut book and is the first of a series featuring the title character. Books for younger readers are also on the way.
Naomi has earned degrees in Family Science, Psychology, and Education. Focusing on reading comprehension skills, she has committed to including fun comprehension questions in the back of her books to promote understanding and encourage family discussion.
